Data Mining is characterized as a technique used to extract and mine the undetectable, meaningful information from mountain of data. Clustering is an important technique that has been presented in the area of data mining. Clustering is characterized as a method used to aggregate similar data into a set of clusters based on some common characteristics. K-means is one of the popular partitional based clustering algorithms in the area of research. The impact factor of k-means is its straightforwardness, high productivity and scalability. However, is also contains number of limitations: random selection of initial centroids, number of cluster should be initialized and impact by anomalies. In perspective on these lacks, this paper shows a study of enhancements done to traditional k-means to handle such limitations.

This paper describes my first research experience in developing a smart project. In our daily life we use Android devices like smart phones and tablets. And some other Android-powered devices like camera, TV, smart watches, etc are already there in use. Whenever we read about Android OS, we think of its usability in our Android smart phone or Android tablet. We generally limit Android devices to just being Smart phones and tablets. However, in reality, there are many other devices that get powered by Android. Some latest Android powered electronic gadgets are cameras, Television sets and smart watches. And all this just can be done by programming your Arduino with an Android Device. Bluetooth or WiFi module can be used for wireless connection of Android and Arduino. By making a setup and with a little bit coding we can create a new device like Smart Glasses. Smart glasses are wearable devices that display real-time information directly infront of user field of vision by using augmented reality technique. Generally they can also perform calling and receiving function, run some application and support internet connectivity. The emergence of glass, is just a prototype with enhanced features in it. The main purpose of this smart glass would be hands-free displaying of information currently available to most smart phone user and allowing for interaction with GPS voice navigation. These glasses will have the combined features of virtual reality and augmented reality. Smart glasses will operate through an Android Application that will be present in our smart phones.

In a Cloth manufacturing industry where the current system for placing orders to buy cloth material is to visit the industry manually and from the available cloth materials, choose the cloth material that customer want and can buy the same by doing payment. This system is less user friendly and a time consuming process. The study has been undertaken to investigate the trading system of the textile industries in Bhiwandi, which has largest number of cloth producing powerlooms in the country. Keeping this in mind, we have developed the web-app for customer through which he/she can place orders from anywhere and a admin website for the manufacturers through which they can receive orders and can manage the entire system easily. The objective is to deliver the online e-commerce application for textile trading for cloth material buyers, retailers and wholesalers.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the contributions of successful total productive maintenance (TPM) initiatives to competitive manufacturing. It also seeks to critically examine the implications of strategic TPM implementation initiatives in an Indian manufacturing organisation. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a maintenance program which involves a newly defined concept for maintaining plants and equipment. This research is focusing in implementing Keikaku-Hozen (KH) Pillar activities for solving the breakdown problem in an industrial sector. The study is carried out in a Manufacturing industry which is now facing problem in establishing processing certain machining in their Plant, and also maintaining it to reduce downtime due to maintenance issue. The approach is directed in the direction for finding the root cause of the problem due to which maintenance problem rise in a manufacturing sector in Indian industries. The work includes solving the maintenance issue by doing root cause analysis (RCA) of the problem due to which downtime increases. Customization of TPM principles to project based industry is an important part of this research. The study highlights the contributions of strategic TPM initiatives to organisational performance and also the need for the successful management of TPM programmes for establishing sustained maintenance improvement initiatives. By applying TPM and doing root cause analysis the maintenance issue is reduced by 50%.

Summarization of text is one of most challenging task in the field of natural language processing. The need to be summarized from the large datasets which contains the knowledge discovery such as information extraction and retrieval. When the information is extracted it consists of specific domain knowledge data. So in this paper the data from English and Telugu newspapers is extracted, now compare the missing news and then summarize the bi-language data where implementation of sentence extraction and weightage strategy to mine the data form multiple documents is done.

India is known to be one of the largest democracies in the world and it takes almost 190 years for India to get freedom from British rule. During the British era one of the biggest problems that freedom fighters, revolutionaries faced was an appropriate channel for the proper dissemination of information among the public. To meet this purpose, press played a crucial role .It helps to arouse the feeling of Nationalism and unity among the people and also motivate them to participate in Indian freedom movement. During freedom movement press mainly newspaper were used by various leaders for propagating their ideas among the masses. In pre independence era press also face lots of restriction and draconian policies of British government like censorship of press under which acts like Vernacular Press Act or Gagging Act were imposed but they always take a firm stand against all these odds. Press was used as a weapon by reformers, freedom fighters or journalist against the draconian policies of government and also to educate people. Through this research article we try to keep focus about the growth of Journalism in India and to also mark the contribution of fearless journalist of pre independence era who fought against the British government and struggled for the freedom of India.

The concept of good governance presupposes transparency, answerability, compassionate responsibility and maximum cooperation of citizens. Panchayati Raj institutions are supposed to undertake the responsibility of providing essential services to citizens at grass root level. Challenges are many, though a Constitutional amendment improvising the aforesaid incidents would go a long way in making these institutions as meaningful constituents of real democracy.

The online market is growing fast and so the expectations of the people are too. Recommendation systems can help most of the market and make it very easy to get what we want. This paper focuses on how can we give the best customer experience with an improved recommendation system which can help you in getting things that you would like quickly and get the best of all things. Here we focus on solving the problem by the help of filtering. The filtering can be of two types. Collaborative filtering, where you get the latest trends known to you and the other is content-based filtering. Here you will get the recommendation on the basis of the content in the book which will give you the insight of what you are truly looking for. This research will help in enhancing the recommendation system which cannot just help in book recommendation but will revolutionize the world of e-learning. Here we are trying to solve the problem by combing the collaborative based filtering with the content based filtering.

Extracting opinion targets and opinion words from online reviews are two fundamental tasks in opinion mining. This paper proposes a novel approach to collectively extract them with graph co-ranking. First, compared to previous methods which solely employed opinion relations among words, our method constructs a heterogeneous graph to model two types of relations, including semantic relations and opinion relations. Next, a co-ranking algorithm is proposed to estimate the confidence of each candidate, and the candidates with higher confidence will be extracted as opinion targets/words . In this way, different relations make cooperative effects on candidates confidence estimation. Moreover, word preference is captured and incorporated into our co-ranking algorithm. In this way, our co-ranking is personalized and each candidates confidence is only determined by its preferred collocations. It helps to improve the extraction precision. So this paper presents an innovative model for relevance topic review discovery to solve the problems. It discovers both positive and negative review in documents as higher level topic features and deploys them over low-level features (terms). It also classifies terms into categories and updates term security based on their specificity and their distributions in review patterns. The experimental results on world web data sets with different sizes and languages show that proposed approach achieves better performance than state-of-the-art methods.

The main source of atmospheric taint happens due to automobiles. Using empirical scrutiny, ritual mechanized air monitoring system has high rigor, but uneconomical and single datum class make it unfeasible for large-scale furnishing. In order to eject the issues in ritual systems we have introduced Internet of Things (IoT) into the field of environmental barrier. This paper is to introduce vehicle emission monitoring system using Internet of Things (IoT) which is a green thumb for tracking down vehicle causing taint on the city roads and measures multifarious genres of toxic wastes, and its level in air. This paper puts forward a kind of real-time air pollution monitoring system at any time anywhere using Gas Sensor. The measured data is shared to vehicle proprietor via text message, and agencies of national environment. This assay shows that the system runs abiding, an economical and can be controlled tractably, it can smell out the vehicle exhaust in real-time, and can improve the detecting level and accuracy of the exhaust monitoring system. This system provides good outcomes in monitoring the air pollution exclusively in the urban areas.

Banking plays a vital role in the growth and development of developing countries like India. Banks lubricate the entire monetary and financial system and ensure smooth operations. Nearly 70%of the total of Indian population lives in rural areas. For the development of Indian economy, there is a need for the development of the rural areas. For the purpose of rural development, there is a need for the banking system in rural areas which provide credit at lower and at reasonable terms to the rural households unlike traditional moneylenders which exploit the rural people by providing loans at a very high interest rate which leads to rural people were unable to repay loans given by moneylenders and lost everything and also commit suicide. To avoid all those negative consequences, the government appoints a working group on rural credit, the narasimhan committee. On the basis of recommendations given by the narasimhan committee, regional rural banks were established. The main objective behind the establishment of these banks is the development of agriculture, trade, commerce, industry and other productive activities in the rural areas particularly in those areas where banking services does not exist and make available cheaper institutional credit to the weaker sections of the society. This research paper throws light on the need of banking system in rural areas and significant role played by banking system in the development of rural areas and discusses about the problem faced by regional rural banks in India and suggestions to overcome the problems. The main aim of this paper is to analyse the present level of financial performance of RRBs in India as on 31st march 2017 in comparison to 31st march 2016. This study is based on the secondary data collected from the annual reports of NABARD. This study finds and concludes that the RRBs play a very important role in the development of rural areas.

A major test in the urban areas is that of waste administration as there is a quick development in the rate of urbanization and along these lines there is a need of economical urban improvement plans. As the idea of keen urban communities is particularly inclining nowadays and the shrewd urban areas can't be finished without brilliant waste administration framework. There should be framework that gives earlier data of the filling of the receptacle that alarms the region so they can clean the container on schedule and defend the earth. To keep away from flood of waste we plan to propose an answer for this issue Smart Garbage Bin , which will caution and advise the approved individual when the refuse receptacle is going to fill. At that point message will be send to the approved individual to gather the rubbish from the specific region. The approved individual will sends the message from his web application to the trash specialists by sending a SMS. This framework keep up a dry waste and a wet waste independently. This will diminish the flood of the trash canister and hence keeping the environment clean.

Chronic Kidney Disease is a type of kidney disease in which there is gradual loss of kidney function over a period of months or years. The two main causes of chronic kidney disease are diabetes and high blood pressure, which are responsible for two-thirds of the cases. Diabetic nephropathy (diabetic kidney disease) is kidney damage that results from having diabetes. Having high blood glucose levels due to diabetes can damage the part of the kidneys that filters our blood. The main objective of this work is to predict chronic kidney disease in diabetic patients using classification algorithms such as Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBFN), Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) and Convolution Neural Network (CNN). This research work also focused on finding the best classification algorithm based on the classification accuracy.

This investigation deals with analytical solution of elastic plastic stress in thick walled cylindrical shell subjected to internal pressure, rotation and radial thermal gradient. This analytical solution is obtained for thick walled cylinder by using Tresca criteria. Based on above criteria analytical solution is developed for single layer cylinder fixed at both ends which is known as plane strain condition. This elastic plastic analysis of thick walled cylinder is specifically very useful to design of mold of centrifugal casting machine. This solution is also helpful to design hollow cylindrical structure component for high temperature and high pressure application such as nuclear reactor, chemical plants, pressure vessels and oil and gas industry.

- Nowadays, the internet has been well known as a big data repository consisting of a variety of data types as well as large amount of unseen informative knowledge which can be discovered via a wide range of data mining or machine learning models. Although the development of e-commerce markets results in likely development of search engines, users are still facing a problem with accurate results. Instead, to achieve this problem recommendation engines are mostly helpful. Most e-commerce sites are developing recommendation systems analyze a large amount of transaction data without having any idea of what the items in the transactions mean or what they say about the customers who purchased or browsed items. Apparel fashion recommendation engine that utilizes deep convolutional neural networks using Amazon API to suggest products and provide customers with information to help them find the products. Utilizing deep neural networks enable us to parse such images into a high dimensional feature representation that allows us to recommend a pair from user preference tensor.

Image caption generation has wide range of applications and uses in the field of science and technology, experiments and also in day to day lives. This application can be beneficial for the specially abled if implemented in a creative and thoughtful way. The visually challenged can be greatly benefitted if the captions generated to the images in their surrondings are read out loud to them.In this paper, we present a deep recurrent architecture that creates captions to the images that are provided. We have used a convolutional neural network (CNN) to extract features from an image. These extracted features by the CNN are then given as a input to the recurrent neural network (RNN) or a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) network to generate a caption. The captions generated by these models are of high accuracy and speed.

Conventional medicine is always incomplete without pharmaceuticals and novel biologics and the drug design and discovery always relies on the selective binding of the drug molecule to its target. To design a drug towards a receptor, one needs to know the structure of the receptor. Structurally proteins are very unique in nature and exist as secretory and transmembrane type. Transmembrane proteins are those which are embedded within the lipid bilayers and serve as best drug targets. Inorder, to design a novel drug towards any proteins which alter the biochemical pathway, we need to identify whether it is transmembrane or secretory and if transmembrane is it soluble or not. To identify these prerequisite parameters, we identified some transmembrane prediction tools and evaluated taking an aminoacid sequence as example. We found TMpred was found to be more reliable in terms of data acquisition and result output.

Since a last few years, Free Space Optical Communication (FSO) has been used over Radio Frequency technologies for transmission of voice and data. There are many advantages of FSO. It is a technology free of licence having an ease of deployment, a high bandwidth and a quite high data rate too. However, it could not attract much attention commercially for it is a technology that is based on light. The performance of a FSOC system is not only affected by atmospheric conditions of haze, fog, rains etc. which can induce fading but also by Angle of Arrival and Pointing error if transmitter and receiver are not aligned precisely. In this paper, we analyze the different challenges faced by FSO system together with the solutions proposed and the way ahead to bring about a further increase in its performance.

We proposed and developed a bike sharing system that accept by passengers real time ride request send from smart phone and schedules proper bikes to pick up then via ride sharing, subject to time, capacity, and monetary constraints. The monetary constraints provide incentives for both passengers and bike drivers.passangers will not pay more compared with no ridesharing and get repayment if their travel time is long or extended due to ride sharing; bike drivers will make money for all the long way around distance due to ride sharing or they contribute money for petrol. While such a system is of important social and environmental benefit, e.g. saving energy consumption and satisfying people commute, getting minimum vehicles, saving petrol, saving environment, relieve traffic jam. real-time bike sharing has not been well studied yet. To this end, we plan a mobile cloud architecture based bike sharing system. Bike riders and bike drivers use the bike sharing service provided by the system via a smart phone app. The GPS first finds candidate bike quickly for a bike ride request using a bike searching algorithm. We are using Android as an Frontend and SQL as an Backend as well as we are using API's(Geolocation API)for getting current location of User.Real time bike sharing system is very effective means to reduce pollution and the congestion of vehicles in cities. It also provides an eco-friendly way to travel. It also provides an opportunity to meet new people. System saves the total travel distance of bikes when delivering passengers. Our system can enhance the delivery capability of bikes in a city so as to satisfy the commute of more people. The system can also save the bike fare for each individual rider while the profit of bike drivers does not decrease compared with the case where no bike sharing is conducted.

Cyber-age is the era of Internet & computers where most of the things are actively done over the network starting from online dealing to the transaction online. Since the web is understood as the worldwide stage, be it enterprise, national defence system, shopping or online banking system etc all the database information of these web services are kept isolated from the outside world of tampering though the services of web permit an individual to connect with other countless computers easily to transmit and collect information, messages and data. Unfortunately, this connectivity also lead the path for hackers and offenders to setup a trap for the users so that they will fall prey to the unethical and malicious software and thus providing their personal information and become prone to cyber threats. Threats to the cyber universe which is posed by the enormous rise in the digitization has raised an eye of the whole nation by generating global cause of concern, termed as Cyber Crime. This paper presents the relevant study of attacks on the cyber as the inspiration behind these attacks are processed knowingly and hence affects the integrity and efficiency of the information. Also explaining the impacts caused by these crimes keeping in mind the present day activities that have occurred and highlighting the necessity of being cyber safe and how such criminal tasks could become troublesome, this paper also reviews the laws pertaining to the Cyber Criminals coined as "CYBER LAW".

Abstract-In The objective of this research is to design a control system for the assembly line in order to meet a set of practical engineering requirements and Product making companies have started to make a mark and succeed in Indian industry over the last few years by making use of automation. Traditional product making process works perfectly with human intervention but is unable to make fast with the growing demand of the customers. Wireless control system is designed to provide safety and comfort during use of the assembly line. The proposed system is based on both hardware and software. We use Bluetooth module or Wi-Fi that connects the hardware with a mobile device. Using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, the assembly line can be operated without the need for obstructive cables. In order to complete the order within required time, the company has to put in additional manpower and at the same time, maintain the quality of the product. This can be achieved by using an automated SPM for large scale production for such demands. The proposed system works in standalone mode without the necessity of PC if once programmed. In order to full fill the demands in shorter time span, automation of product making machines using microcontroller can come in handy. A mechatronics system that is developed for product making machine, which takes feedback from sensors and controls the function has been introduced. The paper also describes project to automate the process for product making. The project aims to reduce the manpower and increase the profit by increasing the production rate and quality. It also aims to reduce the material wastage due to manual handling.

Abstract: This study has been undertaken to evaluate the antibacterial and antioxidant activity of various solvent extracts (petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and methanol) of Garcinia cambogia leaves. Antibacterial activity was performed by agar well diffusion method. Chloramphenicol was used as the positive control. All extracts showed antibacterial activity for the entire organism tested. Methanol extract showed highest activity than the other extracts. Among the four extract the highest activity obtained against Streptococcus pneumonia (19mm) at 50%concentration. The lowest activity obtained in the chloroform extract. Antioxidant activity was estimated by DPPH free radical scavenging activity. Among the four extracts, Methanol leaf extract of Garcinia cambogia showed highest antioxidant activity. This study provided scientific evidence on the traditional use of Garcinia cambogia leaf extract in treating bacterial diseases. Further, the leaf extract can possibly be used to produce alternative forms of antibacterials.

Graph pattern matching has been widely used in e.g., social data analysis. A number of matching algorithms have been developed that, given a graph pattern. Social and economic data analysis, however, introduces new challenges to graph pattern matching. Social graphs are typically large with millions of nodes and billions of edges. This gives rise to the following problems with the matching algorithms. These are the major drawbacks of different existing works, which motivate us to do this research on graph pattern matching. In our proposed research in the initially generated the dependency graphs to place the Entropy, Mutual Information, Conditional Entropy and Relative Entropy from the input strategies. In the graph, graph kernels and graph matching are the two major techniques for evaluating the similarities among the graphs. In these techniques, Graph kernel-based technique is applied to evaluate the similarity between two graphs and compares all pairs of substructures of the graphs. So in this research, based on Improved Kernel Based Fuzzy C Means (IKFCM), a two-step graph pattern matching technique is suggested. Individually these two values are calculated for each diagram. The second phase is the Dependency Graph Matching; where by the IKFCM, the two dependency graph is matching. In our method kernel selection in IKFCM is done by Oppositional Fruitfly algorithm (OFA).

As Mahatma Gandhi stated, India lives in towns and farming is the spirit of Indian economy. About 66% of populace depends specifically on Agriculture for its job. It contributes around 18 percent of the total national output. Agriculture meets sustenance necessities and produces a few crude materials for businesses. Paddy is a vital sustenance yield and it has more prominent financial significance among the nourishment crops, since it is one of the main creates in horticultural fares. Henceforth, the generation execution of the yield is of basic significance in enhancing the proficient utilization of assets. The expense of generation and net returns got per unit would decide the productivity of the yield. The gainfulness of an undertaking relies on the effective utilization of the assets underway. Further, the investigation of expense and returns structure of paddy would help the ranchers in guaranteeing appropriate asset mixes to expand the paddy yield, along these lines expanding the benefits. So the present investigation makes an endeavor to examine the creation and promoting of paddy in Tirunelveli District. The main objective of the study is to dissect the cost structure of paddy and its assortments as per cultivate measure in the two methods.

According to World Health Organization (WHO), 80% of the rural population in developing countries depends on traditional medicines to meet their primary health care needs. Traditional herbs have been used as pharmaceutical and dietary therapies for long times. A number of herbs and many relevant prescriptions have been screened and used for treating and preventing various ailments. Continuous usage of herbal medicine by a large proportion of the population in the developing countries is largely due to the fact that herbal medicines are more acceptable in these countries from their cultural and spiritual points of view and the high cost of western pharmaceuticals. The present study revealed that the hydroalcoholic extract of S. erianthum efficiently inhibits alpha-amylase enzymes in vitro in a dosage dependent manner when compared with the standard drug acarbose. Alpha-amylase is the key enzymes in the digestive organs, which catalyze the final step in the digestive process of carbohydrates.

Kerala is a state on the southwestern, Malabar Coast of India. Kerala is home to 2.76% of India's population; with a density of 859 persons per km2, its land is nearly three times as densely settled as the Indian national average of 370 persons per km2. Kerala is a pioneer in implementing the universal health care programs. The sub-replacement fertility level and infant mortality rate are lower compared to those of other states, estimated from 12 to 14 deaths per 1,000 live births; as per the National Family Health Survey 2015-16, it has dropped to 6. Outbreaks of water-borne diseases such as diarrhea, dysentery, hepatitis, and typhoid among the more than 50% of people who rely on 3 million water wells is an issue worsened by the lack of sewers. Hence, the present study focusses on addressing the health problems in Mayyanad Grama Panchayath, Kollam, Kerala, India.

Magnetic levitation wind turbines have several advantages over conventional wind turbines. For instance, it is able to use winds with starting speeds as low as 1.5 meters per second (m/s) because of negligible friction achieved with the help of magnetic levitation created and due to the assistance from magnetic field. Also, the it could operate in winds exceeding 40 m/s. Hence maglev wind turbine has a great future potential in terms of energy generation. In this aspect the current project work would like to address certain design issues and proposes to design, fabricate and test a prototype of magnetically levitated vertical axis wind turbine providing stated advantages, the prototype will be fabricated and tested for the outcome.

The urbanization, climatic changes, population density and agriculture are the most important factors that influence the depletion of groundwater quality. The district of Kanchipuram is pre-historically important and its proximity to Chennai leads to fastest growth of urban in the 21st century. This paper deals with the assessment of Ground Water Quality (GWQ) for both pre-monsoon (2016) and post-monsoon (2017) using GIS techniques. For estimation of GWQ, this study uses seven chemical parameters of water such as Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Calcium (Ca2+), Chloride (Cl-), Magnesium (Mg2+), Sodium (Na+), Sulfate (SO42-) and Nitrate (NO3-). This study found out that the maximum GWQ index level in pre-monsoon ranges from 80 to 86 and ranges from 75 to 85 in post-monsoon season. These two results has been analyzed based on taluk wise and found out that the lowest water quality stands around Chennai metropolitan taluks of Kanchipuram. The Alandur taluk shows the 100 % of area having low water quality in pre-monsoon and 95.6% area in post-monsoon in 2017. In the overall study area, Cheyyur taluk records very high quality dispersion of 78.90% area and 70.19% area in pre and post monsoon respectively.

Rhipicephalus (Boophilus) microplus is a common tick species found in the animals belonging to southern and tropical areas. It causes huge economic loss in the livestock. Infestation due to tick species usually leads to weight loss, blood loss, hair loss, irritation, inferior quality of hides, reduction in milk and meat production, weakness in immune system and transmission of pathogens. People belonging to rural areas commonly use synthetic acaricides for the tick removal and the animals slowly develop resistance to them. The present study, hence was taken up to asses the status of acaricide resistance in ticks. The tick samples were collected from animal sheds, dairies, farms and small animal holders. Larval Packet Test was conducted as per the method standardised by FAO, to assess the status of acaricide resistance in the tick. Two commercial acaricides, cypermethrin and deltamethrin were used against tick infestation in domestic animals. Results of the present research revealed that Rhipicephalus (Boophilus) microplus tick species have developed resistance to both acaricides. The present findings will help in the assessment of resistance status of acaricides in ticks and to devise and adopt better management practices to reduce the losses caused due to tick infection in livestock.

Digital Images have played a vital role in the research and development of technology. With increasing demand in quality for better visualization of the subject in the image, the main challenge in Image Processing is to remove the noise from the original image. There are many examples where images captured contains a lot of noise, for example, Satellite image, MRI, Mobile Captured images. The task of image restoration i.e. taking a corrupted image and estimating the cleaned original image is classical as well studied problem in Computer Vision and Image Processing. In this work, we propose to use Deep Learning, a unique algorithm can be developed that can fix the bad images by learning from noisy images only. Deep Learning models help in solving complex, classical problems which have not been solved for decades. We use U-Net[3], a fully convolutional network which is meant for segmentation of images. We aim to apply this neural network as an image restoration technique to remove Gaussian Noise. This approach can restore bad images to clean images without feeding clean high-quality images to the Neural Network. It will take milliseconds to render the image and produce the resulting clean image.

In Real time video Surveillance systems, the primary and most significant step is target object detection. Video Surveillance systems provides us continuous monitoring of the objects for the enhancement of security and control. Even though there is lot of progress in this field, human detection still remains one of the challenging tasks. This paper presents novel approach for detection of human using Histogram Specification with the Kalman filtering approach. The main objective of this paper is providing precise identification of human and estimation of their location from an unknown scene. Whenever the human is detected from extracted frames of the input video the background subtraction will be applied with Blob Analysis technique for modelling then the morphological operations are applied to remove the noise in the frame by choosing the size and shape of the neighborhood frame, is applied to find the frequency components of a signal buried in noise, Finally Kalman filter technique is applied where different positions of humans are identified based on the Calculation of Euclidian distance using the correlation matrix. The results of this work are drawn in the MATLAB tool by considering the input video dataset taken from various sources and extracting the frames from the input video for the detection then the efficiency of the proposed techniques will be measured

Colorimetric chemosensing is best method of sensing because of through naked eye detection. Colorimetric chemoreceptors were preferred over other chemoreceptor due to their several advantages such as, easy detection, no complex procedures and high selectivity and sensitivity. In colorimetric chemosensing, the coordination site binds the metal (guest) in such a way that signalling unit displays the change in color. The crucial roles of the metal ions in the biological, environmental, and industrial processes, the recognition and sensing of them is growing and has attracted much interest in molecular recognition studies in recent years. In this short communication, we have focused on colorimetric chemoreceptor for different metal ions.

Any institute canteen is a chaotic place since in short time the student has to eat and the canteen persons have to prepare to serve the food. The delay in getting and serving the order often results in missing the next lectures after the lunch recess. To avoid this situation a new application is proposed. This paper proposes a system to reduce manual and paper work for efficient canteen management systems at college canteens. It can lead to reliable and fast management system for better services to students during lunch breaks. Using cloud storage for canteen app will help organizations to maintain computerized records avoiding redundant entries. This system makes the process from token counter to service counter much easier and time-efficient with the use of digital order tokens. It also encourages use of digital payment modes through the app.

In this project we are using arduinouno which is the main part of project, variable battery supply, solar panel, and adapter and led panel as a load. Here variable battery source is used for demonstration purpose through which we can vary the voltage with the help of pot. When the voltage is above 13.8v, the solar stops charging to avoid over charging. At the time of critical condition i.e. solar is OFF & battery voltage is below 11v then the adaptor is connected automatically. & when it exceeds 11v then adapter gets OFF. When solar comes under the sun rays then the adapter gets OFF because the device gives first priority to solar.

A rope making machine is used for production of different types of wires such as accelerator wires, power transmission wires, etc. depending on applications and sizes of machines. In conventional machine, number of gears and space required is more .Also it is robust in construction. In our modified machine, we use the synchronous AC motor to transmit power to frame, which is attached to the other end of synchronous motor. An epi-cyclic gear system is attached to the frame which provides rotation to the bevel gear system due to which spindle get rotated and winds the rope over it. Due to the rotation of frame wire get twisted .Because of simultaneous operation of twisting and winding of wires, the rope get produced.

Abstract: Profitability is the main goal of all business ventures. The financial health of any business can be measured through its profitability positions and business organizations cannot survive without profits. In view of the significance of improving profitability of the banking sector in recent years, the present study is aimed at examining the profitability of public and private sector banks of India using four ratios as return on assets, return on equity, net interest margin and operating profits. The result of the analysis carried out for the period 2005-2017 shows that private sector banks are in better profitable positions than the public sector banks. Public sector banks with increasing non-performing assets are experiencing negative return on their assets in recent years which is deteriorating their profits.

Ganoderma is an herb that has been in use for more than 2000 years to alleviate a great numbers of health complaints. Thus the present study focused on the qualitative determination of phytochemicals, extraction and purification of bioactive compounds from Ganoderma lucidum. The preliminary phytochemical screening showed positive reactions for alkaloid, flavanoid, terpenoid, steroid, reducing sugars and carbohydrates tests except saponins. The LC-MS/MS study reported that totally 13 compounds were screened based on negative ionization [M-H]- and also 12 peaks were identified from FTIR spectrum with their functional groups. The peak showed (M-H)- ion at m/z 169 indicate the Gallic acid. The compound Theanine, Caffeic acid and Caffeine were assigned for peak as the MS pattern depicted a parent ion at m/z 174.2, 183.1 and 194.1respectively. The FT-IR spectrum was used to identify the functional groups of the active components present in extract based on the peaks values in the region of IR radiation. IR spectrum of the isolated compound was registered a broad band cm-1 and stretching band at 3277.49 to 410 cm-1. Some bands in the FTIR spectrum of methanol extracts of Ganoderma lucidum showed different bands at range of 3277.49, 2923.05, 1636.19, 1373.48, 1033.1, 656.57, 589.71, 553.03, 520.68, 485.73, 433.75 and 410 cm-1. A strong peak at 3277.49 cm-1 in Ganoderma lucidum corresponds to O-H/C-H stretching of the carboxylic acid group.
